
Covid Protocols
The Aspen Institute regards the health and safety of Festival staff and attendees as our highest priority. Under our current COVID-19 protocols, all attendees at Aspen Institute in-person events will be required to show they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, or, if they are exempt from this requirement or do not wish to upload their status, take a COVID-19 rapid test on-site or upload a negative result within 24 hours of entry. Staff and vendors working the event will be covered by the same requirements.
The Aspen Institute is also monitoring the latest CDC and local public health guidance regarding masking and other mitigation strategies and will keep attendees updated on any necessary changes to our event protocols.
Uploading Your Vaccination Status
Aspen Ideas is using the ReturnSafe app to capture, track, and securely store COVID-19 screening data about its attendees. We request that both vaccinated and unvaccinated registrants upload their status to ReturnSafe.
