Mark Hoffman and Kevin O'Leary speak at the Aspen Ideas Festival.

How do you successfully build a business? And is entreprenuership something that can be developed, or are you born with it? Kevin O'Leary is an incredibly successful entrepreneur and investor. He stars in ABC's Shark Tank and runs his own financial services company. Known as "Mr. Wonderful" on TV, O'Leary draws from his own life experience in giving advice to people just starting out. In this episode, he talks about what he sees in millennial entrepreneurs, how the most successful companies he's invested in are run by women, and why government regulations are impeding the growth of companies. He calls startups the "bedrock of the American economy."
