Tracie Holder

Tracie Holder is a filmmaker, fundraiser, and consultant for Women Make Movies and for Active Voice. She recently directed, produced, and wrote (with Karen Thorsen) Joe Papp in Five Acts, which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival. Papp is the fruit of Holder’s personal passion for democracy in the arts. She is a former board member of New York Women in Film and Television and Manhattan Neighborhood Network; a panelist for the New York Council for the Humanities and the New York State Council for the Arts; a guest lecturer for film organizations and universities; and a consultant on numerous documentary projects.
