Michael Myers
Managing Director, The Rockefeller Foundation (Festival Underwriter)
Michael Myers is managing director at The Rockefeller Foundation, a position he has held since 2014. In this role, he coordinates the foundation’s global health work, including universal health coverage, health system resilience, planetary health, and other health priorities. He was a senior policy officer and director of centennial programming for the foundation from 2010 to 2014. Previously, Myers was chief counsel and staff director to the late senator Ted Kennedy, working on a range of major legislation, including the Affordable Care Act. Earlier in his career, he worked on refugee and international humanitarian matters for nongovernmental organizations and the United Nations high commissioner for refugees.
