Marc Whitten is the chief product officer of the Interactive Entertainment Business at Microsoft—his role is to be a forward-thinker, to imagine what’s possible, to create prototypes of what the future could be and eventually bring breakthrough offerings to market. During his leadership, Xbox LIVE, Kinect, Kinect for Windows, and Xbox SmartGlass have all come to life. In his role, Whitten is responsible for delivering Microsoft's key entertainment services including games, movies, music, and TV across all devices including the Xbox 360, PCs, phones and tablets. Whitten also leads Xbox LIVE, the largest and most interactive social entertainment network in the living room, delivering entertainment to more to its 40 million members worldwide.
