Kathleen Hall Jamieson is the Elizabeth Ware Packard Professor of Communication at the Annenberg School for Communication and Walter and Leonore Annenberg Director of the Annenberg Public Policy Center at the University of Pennsylvania. She is co-founder of FactCheck.org and author or co-author of 16 books, including Presidents Creating the Presidency, Echo Chamber: Rush Limbaugh and the Conservative Media Establishment, and The Obama Victory, winner of an American Publishers Award for Professional and Scholarly Excellence and the ICA Outstanding Book Award. Jamieson has won teaching awards at the three universities she has taught at and awards for five books.
