
Jacqueline Novogratz
Jacqueline Novogratz is founder and CEO of Acumen, a nonprofit global venture fund that uses entrepreneurial approaches to solve problems of poverty. Under Novogratz’s leadership, Acumen has invested more than $80 million in 73 companies in South Asia and Africa, all focused on delivering affordable health care, water, housing, and energy to the poor. These companies have created and supported more than 58,000 jobs and brought basic services to more than 100 million people. She is a trustee of the Aspen Institute.
